Our 2022 ICBA Head Coaching Application Period is now open.

Panther Head Coaches are supported by our Baseball Leadership Team which includes our Lead Instructor, our Rep Director, our Training Coordinator and our Coaching Support Coordinator and by our administrative staff. KMBA offers association-specific training and reimburses coaches for all NCCP required training.

As Head Coach, your primary role will be game management during the season and at tournaments, and team practice design and execution. Strong communication skills with players and families is an asset.
