KMBA acknowledges that there are circumstances under which a family may need to withdraw from the KMBA Rep or Elite program and may request a refund as a result. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Health
  • Relocation
  • Compassionate Care (death the in family, terminal illness of family member…)

Families looking for a refund, please follow this procedure:

  • Complete the refund request form
    • This form will be sent to your head coach, the KMBA Executive Team, and our Rep Program Coordinator
    • The Executive Team will evaluate the request and respond to the family and head coach with a decision within 10 business days

Important notes:

  • Health refunds should be accompanied with a note from a physician indicating that the remainder of the season has been lost to injury/health concerns
  • A specific date needs to be included in your submission – the date that you no longer will be a part of the team
