As a Baseball Ontario affiliated Association, KMBA is proud of our commitment to training at all levels of minor baseball. Whether you engage in our House League, Select League, Inter County League, or Elite League programming, our training philosophy provides a consistent winning tradition for all Panthers players.

The ABC approach we take ensures that our training is tailored to each player’s specific needs.

A – Athlete Development

We take a wholistic approach to athlete development. Nutrition, exercise, and sport psychology are just a few of the areas we focus on to develop the whole athlete. Winning teams prioritize athlete development in a variety of ways – team building, leadership training, proper strength training techniques and mental habits of successful athletes are pillars of our athlete development program.

B – Baseball Skills Development

Our NCCP certified coaches are supported by a network of local baseball instructors under the leadership of our Lead Trainer, Aby Valdez. Focusing on small group, instructor-led sessions ensures consistency in our approach to baseball skills development and a personalized approach for all of our players. Repetition, proper technique and arm care are pillars of our baseball skills development program.

C – Choice

Whether our players are looking to improve their basic baseball skills on the House League diamond, or are looking for a future in baseball through educational opportunities in Canada or the US, our program has the training needed for success. Player registration includes a base-level of training for all Panther players, with options for players to choose additional training opportunities to supplement our program. This approach marries our commitment to training with our commitment to ensuring our program is financially accessible.

From T-Ball to 18U Elite, we are one of the only minor baseball Associations in the Province that ensures players can participate at the level of competition they desire, for their local Association, at a reasonable price. That is Panther Pride.
